ASA is a not-for-profit organisation and it solely runs on donations
(financial and in kind) by the community. Donation in kind include
groceries and other perishables, as well as items that can be
used in one of the activities/programs/projects. Donation of time
and skills is also vital, however, in order to ensure proper management
of the programs and activities, as well as day to day running
of the Sikh Centre, financial donations are always needed.
Cash
donations can be made directly into the donations box. Contact
ASA for donations by cheque, draft or money order. You will
receive a tax-deductible receipt if your donation is over AU$2.00
AND if it is made to the ASA Charitable Trust Account. Note that
if the donations are made to the ASA Administrative Account, no
tax deductible receipts will be issued.
