The Sikh Centre, where facilities such as Gurdwara Sahib (Sikh place of relegious congregation and meditation), Sikh Youth Resource Centre, Senior Citizens Program etc are run, is located at 8 Meurants Lane Glenwood NSW 2768.

Glenwood is located in the Blacktown Council Area, in the Western part of Sydney Metro. Recent residential and other infrastructral developments around Glenwood has created a vibrant community living around the Sikh Centre, many Sikh Families have moved to Glenwood and are a part of the local community.

The Sikh Centre is about 40kms from Sydney City CBD (and takes about 40mins by car (via the M2 Motorway). With opening up of the new motorway (M7), Glenwood will be much quicker to reach from all parts of Sydney.

Blacktown Railway Station is the nearest train station from the Sikh Centre. On the Northern side of the Railway Station, Busways Buses (740, 741, 718) run services which have stops very close to the Sikh Centre (some stop as close as 15mtrs away, some stop upto 1km away).

On the Southern side of the Railway Station is the Taxi Stand. The trip in a cab will take about 10 to 15mins and will cost about $10 to $20, however, do not be surprised if a taxi driver offers you a free ride - there are many reports that many taxi drivers are so honoured and pleased to drop off customers at the Sikh Centre that they don't charge for the trip and consider it to be voluntary community work!
