ASA management consists of three divisions, members of each division are elected by the ASA members. These divisions are:

  • The ASA Executive (ASAE): ASAE manages the day to day management of the Gurdwara Sahib, religious & spiritual activities and all congregational or public events. ASAE consists of the following:
    • President
    • Vice-President
    • General Secretary
    • Assistant Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Assistant Treasurer
    • Social Secretary
    • Outgoing President
    • Two Serving Members
    • Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the BoT
    • Chairperson of each Trust set up by the Association
  • The Board of Trustees (BoT): BoT is responsible for overall administration and finances relating to the building and construction and the management and maintenance of immovable assets and real property. The members of the BoT consists of the following:
    • President, General Secretary and the Treasurer of the ASAE
    • Chairperson of each Trust set up by the Association
    • Nine Trustees (atleast six out of this nine are Patron Members)
    • Above members elect one of them to be the Chairperson and another member to be the Deputy Chairperson
  • The Council of Trustees (CoT): CoT focuses on the charitable activities which aim to assist groups, individuals or families in need. It sets up charitable programs such as the Senior Citizen Group, the Sikh Youth Resource Centre etc. The member os the CoT consist of the following:
    • Six elected members
    • These members elect on of them to be the Chairperson and another member to be the Deputy Chairperson.
